Orders are shipped within the United States through USPS.

Orders are normally processed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and United States federal holidays.

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Eligible unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days after delivery, subject to the requirements in our Refund Policy.

Opened tea, food, herbal products, and other consumable products are not eligible for return except when defective, damaged, or incorrect.
