Refund / Return Policy

This Refund Policy explains the return, refund, and replacement procedures for products purchased from MoyChay Atlanta LLC.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • unused and unopened;
  • in its original packaging;
  • in the same condition in which it was received;
  • accompanied by proof of purchase or the applicable order number.

2. Tea and Food Products

For food safety and quality reasons, tea, herbal products, and other consumable products cannot be returned after their packaging has been opened or the product has been used.

Unopened consumable products may be eligible for return if all other requirements of this policy are satisfied.

3. Teaware and Accessories

Teaware, utensils, and accessories may be eligible for return if they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, modification, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • opened tea, food, or herbal products;
  • used teaware or accessories;
  • gift cards;
  • final-sale or clearance items identified as non-returnable;
  • customized or personalized products;
  • products damaged after delivery through misuse, improper storage, or normal wear.

5. Starting a Return

Before returning a product, contact us at atlanta@moychay.com.

Please provide:

  • your name;
  • your order number;
  • the product you wish to return;
  • the reason for the return;
  • photographs, if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If you change your mind or no longer want a product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, MoyChay Atlanta LLC will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide another appropriate solution.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged while being shipped to us.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if a product is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered.

Please include photographs of:

  • the affected product;
  • the product packaging;
  • the shipping package;
  • the shipping label.

Depending on the circumstances and product availability, we may offer:

  • a replacement;
  • a refund;
  • store credit;
  • another reasonable resolution.

8. Refund Inspection

After we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.

9. Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable when a customer returns a product because they changed their mind.

If the return results from our error or from a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we may also refund the original shipping charge where appropriate.

10. Exchanges

To request a replacement for a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us at atlanta@moychay.com.

For other products, the fastest way to obtain a different item may be to return the eligible product and place a new order after the return is approved.

11. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate the request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.

An order that has already shipped cannot be canceled and must be handled under the return conditions described in this policy.

12. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged during transit, contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with USPS to investigate the issue. A carrier investigation may be required before a replacement or refund can be approved.

13. Applicable Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
