Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how MoyChay Atlanta LLC processes and ships orders placed through our online store.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship orders only within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Available shipping methods and charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout.

3. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 24–48 hours.

Processing times do not include:

  • weekends;
  • United States federal holidays;
  • unexpected delays caused by high order volume, payment review, inventory issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

An order is considered shipped when it has been transferred to USPS.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–5 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. USPS delays, weather conditions, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

When available, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information after your order has been shipped.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipping label is created.

6. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available to the first 100 customers.

After the first 100 customers, free shipping is available for orders with a qualifying subtotal of more than $70.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, taxes, discounts, and other charges may not count toward the minimum order amount required for free shipping.

Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be charged the shipping amount displayed during checkout.

7. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be the customer’s responsibility.

8. Local Pickup

Local pickup is not currently available.

9. Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at atlanta@moychay.com.

We will work with USPS to investigate the shipment.

A carrier investigation may be required before a replacement or refund can be considered.

10. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the damage;
  • photographs of the damaged product;
  • photographs of the shipping package and label.

Please keep the damaged product and packaging until we confirm that they are no longer required for the investigation.

11. Delivered but Not Received

If USPS tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • check the delivery location and surrounding area;
  • ask members of your household or neighbors;
  • contact your local USPS office;
  • contact us if the package is still missing.

We will assist with the available carrier investigation process, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed by USPS as delivered.

12. Order Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.

We will try to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and may instead be handled under our Refund Policy.
