Delivery payment and returns

Delivery

We currently ship orders only within the United States.

Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 24–48 hours, excluding:

  • weekends;
  • United States federal holidays;
  • unexpected delays caused by inventory, payment review, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–5 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. USPS delays, weather conditions, service interruptions, or an incorrect shipping address may affect delivery.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available to the first 100 customers.

After the first 100 customers, free shipping applies to orders with a qualifying subtotal of more than $70.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, the shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.

Tracking

When available, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent after your order has shipped.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipping label is created.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is not currently available.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged during transit, contact us as soon as possible at atlanta@moychay.com.

We will work with USPS to investigate the issue. A carrier investigation may be required before a refund or replacement can be approved.

For damaged packages, please include:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue;
  • photos of the product;
  • photos of the packaging and shipping label.

Payment

All prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the payment providers available in our store.

We generally do not receive or store complete payment card numbers.

Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total will be displayed before payment is submitted.

If a payment is declined or cannot be verified, the order may not be completed.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for return, a product must be:

  • unused and unopened;
  • in its original packaging;
  • in the same condition in which it was received;
  • accompanied by proof of purchase or the applicable order number.

Tea and Consumable Products

For food safety and quality reasons, tea, herbal products, and other consumable products cannot be returned after the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.

Teaware and Accessories

Teaware and accessories may be returned if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • opened tea, food, or herbal products;
  • used or damaged teaware and accessories;
  • gift cards;
  • customized or personalized products;
  • final-sale items identified as non-returnable.

How to Request a Return

Before sending a return, contact us at atlanta@moychay.com.

Please include:

  • your name;
  • your order number;
  • the product you wish to return;
  • the reason for the return;
  • photos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If you change your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, MoyChay Atlanta LLC will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide another appropriate solution.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Payment providers and financial institutions may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable when a product is returned because the customer changed their mind.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us to request a replacement.

For other products, you may return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

We will try to accommodate the request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must be handled under the return conditions described above.
