Warm Earth Ripe Tea is a fermented Pu-erh (shu cha) produced using traditional pile-fermentation methods in Menghai. The large-leaf material, gathered from mature tea trees, undergoes controlled fermentation (wo dui) with monitored humidity and temperature to ensure an even transformation. After fermentation, the leaves are dried.
The tea brews into a deep reddish-brown liquor with a clean, warm aroma reminiscent of damp wood, earth, and subtle dried fruits. The flavor is soft, rounded, and mellow, with a smooth sweetness that develops steadily across infusions. This tea is stable, comforting, and suitable for daily drinking.
