Work | Focus - Tea Set
FOCUS
Six teas selected for moments when you want to stay engaged, attentive and in the flow.
Focus is built around roasted oolongs, black teas and aromatic Chinese tea styles with deeper, more structured profiles. It is a set for long work sessions, studying, reading, creative projects or simply staying present without making another coffee.
Tangbei Tie Guan Yin Oolong
A roasted Tie Guan Yin with a warm, layered profile. Toasted nuts, baked fruit, mineral notes and a soft floral character come together in a deep, persistent cup.
Jade Wind Oolong
A balanced oolong with a fresh yet rounded character. Floral and lightly creamy notes meet gentle sweetness and a clean, lingering finish.
Da Hong Pao
A classic Wuyi rock oolong with a roasted, mineral character. Deep notes of baked fruit, wood and warm spice develop over multiple infusions.
Hong Wulong Oolong Tea
A more heavily oxidized oolong combining the aromatic complexity of oolong with the warmth of black tea. Fruity, honeyed and slightly roasted.
Pinghe Qingming Yesheng Hong Cha
A wild-material black tea from Pinghe with a vivid aromatic profile. Sweet fruit, flowers and subtle woody notes lead into a long finish.
Chaling Hong Cha
A full-bodied Chinese black tea with malt, dried fruit and honey-like sweetness. Warming, rich and particularly satisfying when brewed strong.
How to brew
For Western-style brewing, use 3–5 g per 250 ml. Oolongs generally work well around 90–95°C, while black teas can be brewed at 90–100°C. Steep for 2–4 minutes depending on the intensity you prefer.
Best for
For Gong Fu brewing, use 5–7 g per 100–150 ml, starting with short 10–20 second infusions and gradually increasing the brewing time. Da Hong Pao and other oolongs are especially rewarding across several infusions.
A good choice for work, study, reading and creative sessions, particularly from late morning through the afternoon. The set is built around teas with naturally occurring caffeine and strong, evolving flavor profiles that make them especially enjoyable during sustained, attentive activities.
