The plucking standard is one bud with two to three leaves. Processing includes withering, shaking, rolling, full oxidation, dehydration, shaping into granules, and drying. The result is a uniform, compact “pan-flower” shape with a deep, glossy black color and fine hairs.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e When brewed, Red Ruby produces a bright red liquor with an elegant, lingering sweetness. The aroma is rich and floral with fruity undertones, while the flavor is thick, smooth, and naturally sweet with a soft returning finish. It is strong yet balanced, and well-suited for multiple infusions.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e To brew, use around 6 grams of tea in a gaiwan or teapot with water at 90°C. Infuse the first round for 10 seconds, increasing slightly with each brew.
